CLASSICAL 88.1'S FIFTH ANNUAL
YOUNG TALENT SEARCH

Classical 88.1/WDPR is searching for outstanding young classical musicians in the Miami Valley.  The contest is open to all classical musicians and vocalists, 18 years of age and under, in the station’s listening area.  Winners will receive a prize package including a cash honorarium, gifts, an on-air interview on Classical 88.1, and a chance to perform in a public concert at the University of Dayton’s Sears Recital Hall on Sunday, May 19, 2013. Winners will be notified by April 5, 2013.

Entrants must submit:

2. ** A 5-10 minute tape or CD (CD format only. DVDs will not be accepted.) of a solo performance or solo performance with solo accompaniment.  No ensembles (i.e. w/ orchestral accompaniment) allowed.  Tapes/CDs will not be returned.
