Join the Encore Club with a Sustaining Membership
Encore Club Members help ensure Classical 88.1’s financial future and reduce the need for on-air fundraising. By making a sustaining contribution (monthly or annually), charged to a credit card or debited from your bank account, without expiration, Classical 88.1 is able to put more of your dollars toward the music you love.
Encore Club members help us reduce printing costs, and allow us to better project our monthly fund raising income, and that allows us to more securely manage the station’s finances.
You’ll receive only one renewal notice and that will save the station money in postage and paper every month.

How do I stop my sustaining membership if necessary?
Will I have to renew my gift every year?
No. Your gift will renew automatically each year on your anniversary month (the month you became a sustaining member) and continue your donation without interruption. If you use a credit card for your monthly contribution, you can contact us when you know your card is about to expire, so we can update it and keep your membership active. Just call 937-496-3850.
What about thank you gifts?
When you are a member of the Encore Club, you'll have an opportunity to select a Thank You Gift on your annual Membership Anniversary letter. This will be the only renewal notice you receive from Classical 88.1.
Can I make additional donations to the station?
Absolutely! Classical 88.1 always welcomes as much support as you are able to contribute, and we greatly value any additional gift you are inspired to make.
How Can I Increase my contribution?
Classical 88.1 will give you the opportunity to increase your contribution each year when you receive your membership anniversary letter. If you would like to upgrade at any other time, please call Member Services at 937-496-3850 and we will be happy to assist you.
Do I have a choice of using my checking or savings account?
Yes. If you choose to use your savings rather than your checking account, simply send us a deposit slip from your savings account instead of a voided check and indicate that it is to be drawn from your savings account
Is my contribution still tax deductible?
Yes. We will send you a tax receipt every January stating your total contributions from the previous year and the fair market value of any thank you gifts you received during the calendar year.
How do I stop my sustaining membership if necessary?
To stop your sustaining membership, simply call us at 937-496-3850 or send us a request in writing.
